我不赞同 一楼的说法,应该后面的动词还可以为"on"!我以前也回答过这个问题

See eye to eye "on"… “就。。。达成一直意见、看法”之意。

ex:The Korean and American negotiators had been meeting for ten hours, but they still couldn’t “see eye to eye on” many important issues.
