用法区别：

　　1、intense：用来描述某种性量或豪情，暗示很高或到达极端的水平。还可做“强烈的，浓郁的，深进的”“擅长于…的”“对…很热心的”解，做“擅长于…的”“对…很热心的”解时，常与介词on〔in〕连用。

　　2、intensive：intensive含有intense的'意思，但更强调“精美的，集中的”。

　　指代区别

　　1、intense：非常强烈的。

　　2、intensive：短时间内集中严重停止的。

 intense 与tense的区别有三点

区别其一：As adjectives the difference between tense and intense is that tense is showing signs of stress or strain; not relaxed while intense is strained; tightly drawntense

区别其二：As a noun tense is (grammar) any of the forms of a verb which distinguish when an action or state of being occurs or exists.

区别其三：As a verb tense is (grammar|transitive) to apply a tense to or tense can be to make or become tense.

intense中辞意思是adj. 很大的，非常强烈的；庄重严重的，猛烈的；热情的，热切的；专注的，认实的

tense中辞意思是adj. 严重的，焦虑的；（氛围或场面地步）令人严重的，引发恐慌的；（身体或肌肉）僵硬的，绷紧的；（金属丝等）拉紧的，绷紧的；（语音，尤指元音）紧的

intense是很猛烈猛烈的意思，一般来描述事物，好比说： intense activity, intense conflict 而keen是指对事物有很强烈的兴致，好比说： somebody is keen to do something, somebody is keen on doing some thing

intense是描述词，intension 是名词，intensive 是名词intensive的派生描述词。也就是说，名词intention 有两个描述词形式，含义有不同。

strong是强壮的意思，而intense是加强的意思。它们要用在各自区别的处所，例如
